0xlabs Space is an independent software studio that builds developer tools, SaaS infrastructure, and open-source libraries. This policy explains how we handle data across our products and this website.
Each product links to its own privacy policy directly from its product page. The principles below apply to all products in the 0xlabs ecosystem.
What We Collect
Across our products, we collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
- Basic technical data (IP addresses, device type, logs) for security and reliability
- Error logs and crash reports for debugging
- Authentication identifiers where account creation is required
- Data you explicitly submit when using product features
We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect personal identity information unless it is required for account creation
- We do not track users across websites or products
- We do not store private content, code, or messages beyond what you submit
- We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or monetization
We send email only in response to user-triggered actions: account verification, password reset, security alerts, license key delivery, and billing notifications. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. See our full Terms of Service for details.
Data Security
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- We retain data only as long as necessary for the service
- Least-privilege access is enforced across infrastructure
Infrastructure providers include Microsoft Azure, Vercel, Fly.io, Railway, and GitHub.
Your Rights
You may request at any time:
- A summary of personal data we hold for your account
- Deletion of your personal data
- Revocation of access or account termination
